Lesley Jack's Birthday Luncheon
Although it didn't seem fair that the Birthday Gal should labour over a hot stove to produce a celebratory lunch for family and friends, Lesley insisted that she loved every minute of it!
It showed!
Following delectable pakora appies, we were treated to several mouth-watering vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries, dal, rotis (expertly home made, no less), pullao, raita, pickles, chutneys and more. All of which went to show that apart from being a gracious hostess, Lesley deserves Cordon Bleu status as a culinary whiz!
